In order to use the SMS commands, you will first need to have a mobile phone number registered to your Card.
To do this login and go to the Edit/Update Account Details page to register your mobile phone.
If you gave your mobile phone number during the application process, this number will already be registered to your Card.
Once this is done, you will be able to use the following commands with your Card by using the syntax below and sending your SMS to 00447797805282.
You will be charged by your mobile phone provider for the cost of the SMS.
SMS System Help
Returns an SMS message with instructions on how to use the SMS system.
Syntax: HELP
Help Command
Returns the syntax for a specific command
Syntax: HELP <command>
Example: HELP BLOCK returns information on how to use the temporary block function.
Balance Command
Return your balance to your mobile phone
Syntax: BALANCE <PIN>
Example: BALANCE 1234
To Card Command
Sends funds from one Card to another Card, by using the card number of the receiving card.
Syntax: TOCARD <PIN> <card number> <amount>
Example: TOCARD 1234 5195203322221111 1000
Note that the amount is expressed in the currency of the sending Card in pence/US cents/Euro cent. So in the example above 10.00 was sent. |
