If you TopUp Using Cash, the credit will take between 1-3 working days after the deposit has been made. You can walk into any Barclays bank branch and use the blank pay in slips readily available at any branch to make your deposit.

 

Please ensure that you instruct the cashier to place a reference on the deposit, the reference must be PX followed by the last 8 digits of the Crystal card number and the surname of the card you wish to TopUp. for example if my name was Jones and the last 8 digits of my card number was 12345678, I would enter PX12345678JONES.

If you wish to use PayZone / Alphyra outlets – Please refer to the payzones website http://search.payzone.co.uk to find your nearest location, from the drop down box select pre-paid debit card (top up), to show all the locations that can TopUp our prepaid cards. You will need to have your Crystal card with you so that they can swipe it through the TopUp machine. Please keep the receipt for confirmation of load.

 

If you wish to TopUp by Debit Card, you can do this online only. Simply go to our login page, login using your login details and follow the simple instructions under ‘Register payment card’. Money is available immediately with this option. By registering your mobile telephone number you can make use of our SMS functionality.

 

If you wish to do a Bank Transfer into Pixpay Bank Account, please make payments as normal into the relevant bank account ie GBP or Euro or US Dollar, once cleared, funds will be available the next working day.

The Minimum TopUp is £10.

If you pay in GBP and have a Euro card we will charge a conversion charge.

Deposits made into the same currency card will incur no additional charges.

All payment made on-line will be available instantly.

All payments made to our UK Bank branches will be available within 1-5 working days.

All payment made using any approved outlets will be available on the same day.
